If you are not in need of graphic design services for a print product, package, or any other service, please email the files to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of placing your order.
We do not offer refunds on products or services. If you receive items that are incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact us at email@example.com with a receipt, photos, and a detailed explanation of what happened.
The MAXIMUM Turn Around Time on all of our products and services is 2 weeks unless advised differently by an authorized representative.
