New Operations Info & Policies

Operational Changes Effective As Of March 1st, 2021:

  • Hours of Operation - Tuesday thru Friday 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays 9 AM to 1 PM. The workday ends at 4:30 PM during the week, and 1 PM on Saturdays. Any messages, including text messages, correspondence on social media platforms, or by email sent after this time, will be answered the following business day. I am unavailable on Sundays, Mondays, and holidays unless otherwise stated.

  • Email and text messages are the best way to reach me. Phone calls are not prohibited, but please text or email to arrange a time to speak on the phone, if it is necessary. “Double calling,” or calling back to back, is not allowed, neither is calling after work hours.

  • PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UPFRONT FOR ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. DEPOSITS ARE ACCEPTED ON SOME SERVICES BUT MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.

  • For non-retainer clients, payment is due prior to services being rendered. For retainer clients, invoices must be paid by the 10th of each month.

  • Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, especially if work has begun on a service, or work has been completed. This is non-negotiable.

  • We no longer offer in-person meetings or consultations.

  • Any event including, but not limited to: death, illness, national catastrophe, natural disaster, etc. cannot be held against me for any cause in delays. Please know that every effort will be made to get your work to you on time, as promised. However, these situations do not constitute grounds for refunds. You will always be alerted to any of these situations, or general delays in turn around time, in a timely manner.

  • Vacation/Time Off: I will always inform you via email prior to any vacation, time away I will be taking. If for any reason you need to contact me, email and texts are the only means of communication allowed.

  • Facebook messenger or any social media correspondence is not reliable means to reach me.

  • We do not price match, hold a price, honor a price, or negotiate pricing on any of our services. If our services are outside of your budget, then we are happy to make recommendations on more affordable options.

  • We no longer offer bartering and trading as a payment option for services.

  • If you request an invoice to be sent to you, the price quoted is available for 30 days. After 30 days if that invoice is not paid, the price increases by 10%.

Appointments & Consultations

All of our appointments, meetings, and consultations are solely being offered virtually. On a case-by-case basis, we may allow occasional in-person follow-ups.


Turn Around Times

Turn Around Times on all products and services are non-negotiable. We do not offer same-day or expedited services. The time we take to provide a particular service or product allows us to guarantee you the best quality and results in the final product.
